Versatile
The Mark Andy DCR1000, available in 10" and 13" web widths, provides you with the versatility to diecut lightweight material as thin as 5 mils thick up to heavy 10 point label stock. Its fast running speed of 750 fpm (228.75 meters per minute) on most jobs allows you to handle more jobs per workshift. And, its reversible rewind coreholders allow you to wind labels inside or out. The unit is 77 inches tall and boasts a small 63-1/2" x 44-1/2" footprint that takes up less floor space providing you with more usable room for other equipment, task operations, work-in-progress staging and/or storage.
Advanced
The unit's advanced infeed and exit pacing system, along with an unwind with adjustable regulator tension control, maintains web integrity and prevents web breakage. Plus, the electronic web guide holds the web in place to prevent telescoping and ensure precise diecutting with a fine finished roll.
Dependable
Designed new from the ground up, the DCR1000 incorporates a rigid diecut unit supported by dual side frames, a Mark Andy trademark. And to assure superior diecutting quality job after job, the unit comes standard with precision ground 4" through-hardened anvil rolls.
