MAX has developed an improved delam/relam unit with an improved relamination point that is now adjustable. This relamination point may be adjusted to avoid a "baggy" web. Additionally, plasma coated idler rolls have been added where the adhesive side of the web makes contact with an idler roll, greatly reducing the web's tendency to adhere to the roll. The new delam/relam unit mounts to a topside web turnbar unit.
