Mark Andy Showcases Winning Formula at Irish Printer Awards

Set amidst the 12th-century walls of Clontarf Castle, the Clontarf Hotel, just 15 minutes from the heart of Dublin, was the beautiful location for the 2026 Irish Printer Annual Awards night, and what a night it was for Mark Andy customers, winning seven awards.

This year, for the first time, Mark Andy was proud to be a Sponsor at the Awards.  The event, organized by Irish Printer magazine, kicked off with a video presentation of all that’s good about Irish printing today, highlighting the variety of top-quality entries and congratulating all involved for their commitment to excellence.

Chance Design 3D won the Mark Andy sponsored ‘Innovation & Print Technology Award’

Ireland has long been a strong sales territory for Mark Andy, with many examples of our narrow web technology in daily commercial use, spread across several generations of presses.  And it was this unique blend of legacy and cutting-edge print capability that was rewarded with three Mark Andy users having their entries shortlisted for an award across different categories.

Those three were Label Tech, Label World, and The Watershed Group, which between them brought home four Gold, one Silver, and two Bronze Awards, with Label Tech winning the overall ‘Print of the Year’ category – well done to all of you!  The Award sponsored by Mark Andy for ‘Innovation & Print Technology’ was won by Chance Design 3D, who picked up several other awards on the night – so many congratulations to them too!

The evening concluded with a highly convivial networking session in various bars where Irish hospitality was to be experienced at its generous best!  Speaking for Mark Andy, UK and Ireland Sales Manager Antony Cotton said: “We congratulate all our customers for the quality of their entries, which were simply outstanding and indicative of what Mark Andy technology can achieve on an everyday basis.  I hope they all enjoyed tonight as much as we did – we’re very proud of them all.”
