The health and safety of our employees and customers are always our highest priority. We are thankful that even in these uncertain times that we are still able to be doing everything we can to support our customers, even if that means getting a little creative in the Mark Andy Demo Centers in both Warsaw and St. Louis.
Our demo experiences have adapted to travel restrictions and of course the need to protect our customers, employees and suppliers. Now, instead of running traditional presentations in the presence of the customers, we are embracing online technology more ever. Virtual demos are happening daily at both of our demo facilities, with our teams running standard Mark Andy jobs, as well as customized demos with our customer’s artwork. Additionally, we are sending those printed jobs out immediately following all demo as a print satisfaction guarantee.
Customer demos are not the only way we are supporting customers while we are practicing social distancing. Having a demo team in the United States and in Europe enables us to continue supporting our users by testing special applications and supporting printers remotely.
