Digital Series HD HighSpeed 1200
Experience production-level digital hybrid performance at speeds of up to 480 feet per minute with 1200 dpi print quality. The 17-inch press at LOUPE will feature three flexo stations, extended gamut printing with HighSpeed white, SmartSet automation, QCDC-SR semi-rotary die cutting, and ProWORX workflow and analytics.
Designed to move more mid- and longer-run work into a digital workflow, the HighSpeed 1200 combines high-speed variable printing with inline flexo, decorating, and converting capabilities.
Performance Series S9
See high-speed flexo production built for converters balancing label volume with growing demand for flexible packaging, shrink sleeves, and light cartons.
The 26-inch, six-color press will feature SmartSet automation powered by an AVT camera, the Momentum H3 drying system, and GEW AeroLED2 curing. Live demonstrations will include pouch and form-fill-and-seal applications, showing how the S9 maintains control over unsupported films while supporting speeds of up to 1,000 feet per minute.
Digital Pro MAX
Explore scalable toner-based digital printing with hybrid flexibility, intuitive operation, and a low cost to print.
The 13-inch configuration will include two flexo stations, CMYK plus white, cold foil, lamination, and semi-rotary die cutting. Its inline capabilities allow converters to print, embellish, and convert short-run and versioned work in a single pass.
Rotoflex VLI-440
See high-speed inspection, slitting, and rewinding designed for film, film packaging, and tension-sensitive materials.
The 17-inch VLI will be shown with an AVT camera and film package, demonstrating precise web control, efficient operation, and finishing flexibility for challenging substrates.
